HiIn theory the download link should be still located in your private messages on the MYOB Community Forum. I would suggest selecting the envelope in the top right, this will show you your private messages in which the download link should be still located. If you are unable to find that private message do let us know and we would be happy to arrange for that to be reissues.In terms of upgrading a company file. You would need to open the company file in the new version this will prompt that file to upgrade to the version you are opening it with. Do let us know how you get on with that process.
