Have Windows7 32bit. For some reason a Facebook Flash post said I needed to upgrade Adobe Flash Player. Went to Adobe site and 'upgraded' ActiveX 19.0.0.245. Still not working. Uninstall & installed several times with and without rebooting.

Stillnot working. In 'Manage Add-Ons' Explorer tools. 'Tool Bars & Extensions' the only Adobe Systems listed is 'Shockwave Flash Object' and it is enabled.Installed Adobe programs are: Acrobat Reader DC, Shockwave Player 12.1, AIR, Flash Player 19ActiveX.This Adobe Flash Player 19ActiveX version works with Google Chrome but still will not work with Internet Explorer11. Seems as if Explorer does NOT 'see' the Flash player to use it. I wonder if something happened that the Flash player lost it way to Explorerto prompt an upgrade message in the first place.Ideas? Download Adobe Flash Player Activex

Had to go back to a 'restore point' to retrieve favorites bar information and other tool bar information. So the reset was reversible.Updated this restore point information with current updates and then created a NEW restore point. Stored favorites and tool bar information into a file for the new reset, now working on rebuilding the header information bar importing off file.Arnold.
