Where Did Goku Black Come From
Guys, lets all be real here, after I read the latest chapter 20, I come down to conclusion atleast so far that the manga portrayed way better job than the anime! Let's look up what everything that Toyotaru did to deliver some justice in Goku Black arc and see what Toei failed at.1. Toyotaru learned the art of Toriyama in a better fashioned, his artistic and concept design was a masterpiece and was remained consistently throughout each and every chapters.
Toei at times have good art but tends to looks horrendous so ultimately it dwindles a lot.spoiler/spoiler2. We get some backstory of Future Trunk training the Z sword with the Supreme Kai during the ressurection of majin buu. Toyotaru explained well that Trunk in ssj2 was on par with Goku on ssj3 because the training with the Kiaoshin. Once Goku tapped in his god ki on ssj3, Trunk instantly got knocked out. We've also got to see Trunk spend time with Vegeta at the weight training capsule corps which is better than training at normal field. Also the pacing is going smoothly so far, they might show us how Vegeta is going to teach him to access the god ki.spoiler /spoiler3.
Where Did The Black Race Come From
They're pretty equal, both had their ups and downs. So far, the manga is more consistent it might make more sense, but the anime puts more life into some scenes like Black Goku's mistery and his reveal and even Black's character, as in the manga he really just sounded like Zamasu in Goku's body, but in the anime, yeah, his still Zamasu but he was being corrupted by Goku's saiyan heritage which made him have a different personality. Beerus killing Zamasu was better portrayed in the anime but Trunks vs Goku was better portrayed in the manga, and the violence of the babarians was also better portrayed. I suppose Toei should be commended for showing a progression in Roshi's predilection for molesting women, he starts out just being your typical old pervert, who gets incredibly embarrassed just requesting to see panties, boobs, puff-puffs, you name it, before daring to attempt feeling up unconscious women.3 years later and kinda going hand in hand with his increase in power, he has no problem with foregoing the requests and just grabbing women's butts, whether that be Bulma or flight attendants and nurses even later on. There are some parts of the it the Anime handle better than the Manga.Black letting Trunks escape in the Manga to 'get stronger' is silly and goes against the Zero Mortals Plan. The Anime version of Trunks escape is better.Also Zamasu's obsession of Goku makes more sense in the Anime than the Magna. Him getting beat down by Goku and witnessing his power first hand is a lot better than he just saw him on godtube.
If he watched on Godtube he witnessed multiple mortals who have reached the level of the gods. Why focus on Goku only?

It's hardly even close to 'disgustingly overrated'. I think you're exaggerating by a lot. Maybe a vocal minority, but definitely not 'disgustingly overrated'. And hating it just because others like it is.I don't even know what to say.That is just my opinion. I think you're exaggerating by a lot. Maybe a vocal minority, but definitely not 'disgustingly overrated'. And hating it just because others like it is.I don't even know what to say.That is just my opinion. Those who love the manga goes on about how superior it is to the anime and Toei sucks. While I personally found the manga inferior with only some bits better than the anime. It becomes funnier when bits from the anime they hate and blame on Toei turns up in the manga, making the idea Toriyama's.We know trunks is gonna survive his encounter with black. I just can't wait and see how people justify that nonsense.
